News & Announcements

May 28, 2007 - On May 8, 2007, Stevenson & Palmer Engineering, Inc. (SPE) completed a significant transaction involving 3 of its operations, all based in Savannah, GA

Stevenson & Palmer held two wholly owned subsidiary companies – eGeo Services, Inc. and Saussy Engineering, P.C. eGeo was a firm based in Savannah specializing in remediation of contaminated soils and groundwater. Saussy, also based in Savannah, specialized in structural and civil/site. SPE completed a stock transaction, selling all shares of both subsidiary companies to AEVenue, LLC. Stevenson & Palmer also sold the assets of its Savannah, GA municipal operations to AEVenue.

Both subsidiary companies were acquired by Stevenson & Palmer in recent years. This transaction will allow SPE to focus on its strength for over 47 years—serving the water/sewer and other engineering needs of Georgia’s local government communities.

The southeast portion of Georgia will continue to be served by any one of Stevenson & Palmer’s other three fully staffed offices in Smyrna, Albany and Augusta. Another regional office may be opened in the Savannah area in the near future as the situation warrants.
