Employee Ownership
Stevenson & Palmer Engineering, Inc. is an employee owned company
through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employees are eligible
to participate in the program after one year of employment and are
fully vested in the program after three years. The ESOP allows employees
to take pride in their work and the company, because they are owners.
