The City of Leesburg, Georgia, received separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the “Wastewater Treatment Plant”. This includes new headworks, oxidation ditch, clarifiers, U.V., and cascade structure, other structures, RAS/WAS and other incidental pump stations, digester, dewatering and maintenance facilities, blowers, chemical feed, lab/administration building, process piping, outfall sewer and access road with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. |
