The Work of this Project generally consists of installing a complete municipal well with all electric components and connecting it to an existing water system and well house. Other work includes properly abandoning an existing well on site, installing a complete SCADA system on the Cities two wells and elevated water tank with a main control inside the Cities utility department building, installing a perimeter fence, and all related accessories and appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents.
