The Coweta County Water and Sewerage Authority, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the “Shenandoah WWTP to Hospital Re-Use Pipeline”. The project will be bid in four divisions, divided geographically. Divisions I, II, and III will each have three alternative bids: one for labor and materials, one for labor only, and one for materials only.
Division I contains 4,400 linear feet of 8” force main on the grounds of the Shenandoah Wastewater Treatment Plant and its construction shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days.
Division II contains 5,900 linear feet of 8” force main along Poplar Road and its construction shall be substantially complete within 70 calendar days.
Division III contains 200 linear feet of 8” force main on the grounds of the Piedmont Newnan Hospital and its construction shall be substantially complete within 20 calendar days.
Division IV is the renovation of the recycle pump station at the Shenandoah Wastewater Treatment Plant, including new pumps, and its construction shall be substantially complete within 240 calendar days.
