| Description:

The City of Clayton, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the “City of Clayton Water and Wastewater CDBG (2009 Bid). This includes approximately 3,300 linear feet of 8" wastewater pipeline west of Clayton;1,800 linear feet of 8" wastewater pipeline east of Clayton; 1,800 linear feet of wastewater pipeline expanded in place from 6" to 8" south of Clayton; and 9,800 linear feet of 6" water pipeline with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be on Unit Price Items.
The project shall be Substantially Complete within 100 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract.
The City of Clayton will receive bids until 2:00 p.m. on February 9, 2009 at 99 N. Church St.,Clayton, Georgia 30525. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.
